Thomas Jefferson Fund
Welcome to the Thomas Jefferson Fund online application portal.
Before starting the application process, please read the 2017 APPLICATION GUIDELINES.
Please note that each team of the two universities applying must submit one joint application. The two project leaders, one from the French institution and one from the American institution, will work on this application through the same online account.
In order to access and complete the Thomas Jefferson Fund 2017 application, please follow the steps outlined below:
1 - Project Leader 1 (PL 1) creates an ACCOUNT.
2 - PL 1 signs in with the user name and password he/she receives from PUF via email.
Please make sure to check your "spam" or "junk" folder if the email does not appear in your inbox.
3 - Once this process is complete, PL 1 will send the log in information (username and password) to the other project leader (PL 2). Other partners may log into the online portal as long as they are provided with log-in information.
4 - The PUF application must be filled out online by both project leaders.
Note that progress may be saved on each page of the application form at any time.
6 - Before submitting the application, the project leaders must upload all mandatory attachments that they have filled out.
It is possible to upload other relevant documents in the category “miscellaneous attachment”.
7 - One project leader will submit the completed application form. Once submitted, the application can not be changed.
8 - Once the application has been submitted, an email receipt will be automatically sent to PL 1 successful submission.

- Miscellaneous attachment (optional)
