It has been replaced by the French-American Fund for Contemporary Theater.
Etant
donnés: The French-American Fund for the Performing
Arts was created in 1999 by the Cultural
Services of the French Embassy and the Institut Français,
under the auspices of the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
From its inception, Etant donnés has been supported
by the French
Ministry of Culture and Communication (DMDTS),
the Société
des Auteurs et Compositeurs Dramatiques (SACD),
the Association
Beaumarchais, the Florence Gould Foundation,
the Laura Pels Foundation and by additional
private and corporate support in the United States.
